Hello, I’m Karen…

Pictured here with my eldest daughter and biggest reason I started The Brow Collective and KH Brow Academy.

Beauty was always something I had a passion for, but like a lot of people chose a lucrative corporate career path which came with a lot of long days, traffic jams on the M25, and missed time with my growing young family. I needed flexibility and a better work life balance!

Then, before I knew it life up and changed on me. I became a single mum to 2 small kids and having hung up my corporate heels to stay home and take care of the kids years before, I was without an income with 2 children to feed - scary times.

So, as we all know this is why you never underestimate a women! I had to take a leap of faith with VERY high stakes. Doing something I’ve always wanted to do, starting from the ground-up with no capital.

I launched my first brow business from home in 2016, KH Brow Academy in 2020 and The Brow Collective in 2023 respectively. It’s the best (somewhat risky) decision I ever made for my myself and my family.

I’ve fallen in love with the confidence a little TLC and brow beauty could give to a woman - and just like that I was hooked.

I started KH Brow Academy to empower women and help them realise they can achieve a successful career in brow beauty, whilst juggling a busy family life just like I did, even if you’re starting from nothing.
